The vineyards of the province of Cuneo, placed in hillside, are formed by local vineyards, in the areas of Alba, Dogliani, Langhe, Roero and Saluzzese. In these places the alternation of hot, cold, fog, sun and dew gives to the wines freshness, scent, a perfect balance and a not heavy alcoholic degree.The land, that is full of very small elements and with a variable composition, enhances the distinction of products obtained from hills to hills.
The cultivation of vine is formed by the absence of mechanisation and the presence of a deep net of little familiars farms, who have added to the producing of grapes, the transformation, obtaining each year the most important recognitions by the international critics.
